Each teacher may bring a
maximum of 15 students from each school they serve
(grades 3 through 6). Special permission is
required for any exceptions.
You must bring at least 1
chaperone for each 5 students attending (in
addition to yourself, the music teacher).
In order to participate in the
festival, this form must be submitted by March 1,
2007.
If you teach at more than one
school, please submit separate forms, one for each
school.
There is a festival fee of $20
per group of 15 or fewer students, plus $1 per
registered student. Bring your purchase order or
check with you on the day of the festival along
with the invoice form which will be sent with your
festival packet. There will be no refunds for
students who fail to attend. ALSO, PER NMMEA
POLICY, THERE IS A $100 LATE FEE IF YOUR CHECK OR
P.O. IS DATED AFTER THE EVENT.
Your
festival packet will include student registration
forms. Do not submit them in advance. Each
teacher will be responsible for having student
registration forms with them at the festival so
they can be referred to if needed for emergency
information
